Prediction market risk
Prediction markets and related contracts can involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss. Outcomes may depend on resolution processes, oracle design, market rules, liquidity, counterparty risk, operational failures, and unforeseen events. Markets may halt, delist, or resolve in disputed ways.
Research only
Priyion is strictly an educational and research platform. Labels such as Watch, Avoid, or No Clear Edge, along with scores, summaries, charts, market scans, and alerts, are deterministic research outputs generated by algorithms applied to public data. They are not investment, trading, tax, or legal advice and are not tailored to your personal financial situation. No output from Priyion constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or suggestion to buy, sell, or hold any contract or position. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
No affiliation
Priyion is an independent software provider. Use of Priyion does not create any partnership with Polymarket or other venues. You must rely on official venue documentation for contract specifications, fees, and eligibility.
Data quality and availability
Priyion uses public APIs and related sources. Data may be incomplete, delayed, miscategorized, or temporarily unavailable. Network outages, rate limits, and upstream bugs can affect outputs. You should verify material facts directly on the underlying platform when decisions depend on them.
Past performance
Historical prices, liquidity metrics, and other time series do not predict future results. Any examples or backtests shown in the product or marketing materials are illustrative unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Wallet and public activity
Where Priyion summarizes public wallet activity, such summaries are observational. Public activity can be spoofed, incomplete, or misleading without additional context. Wallet labels do not identify intent and are not endorsements.
Regulatory and geographic risk
Prediction markets may be illegal or restricted where you live or where you travel. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with applicable laws, sanctions, and platform terms. Priyion may block access where required to manage compliance or operational risk.
Your responsibility
