Refund Policy

This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments when checkout is enabled.

Overview

Priyion generally offers subscription access to software features. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees are billed in advance for each billing period. Taxes may apply based on your location and Dodo's configuration.

Subscriptions

You can manage renewal and cancellation through the Dodo customer portal linked from the Billing area when available. Canceling stops future renewals; access typically continues through the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise or terminate for cause.

Deleting your Priyion account may not automatically cancel an active subscription. Use the billing portal to avoid unintended renewals.

Eligible refund requests

We may approve refunds or credits in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges or clear technical billing errors;
  • A documented inability to access the Service due to an issue on Priyion's side; or
  • Other cases required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refund requests are reviewed in good faith and may require reasonable verification.

Ineligible requests

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Trading losses, market outcomes, or opportunity cost;
  • Dissatisfaction with research outputs where the Service operated as described;
  • Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms;
  • Partial use of a billing period after features were available; or
  • Promotional or discounted periods, except where required by law.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer laws in your country or state. If a law provides a cooling-off period or other remedy, that law may apply in addition to this policy (counsel to tailor by market).
