Privacy Policy

Summary

Priyion processes account, billing, support, and product usage data to operate its research software. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and FAQ.

Data we collect

Depending on how you use Priyion, we may process:

  • Account and authentication data from Clerk (for example, email address, name, session metadata, and security events).
  • Product usage and content you provide, such as Polymarket links you analyze, saved reports, watchlists, alert rules, market scanner inputs, and in-app settings stored in Convex.
  • Billing data from Dodo Payments (for example, subscription status, customer identifiers, and transaction records).
  • Support communications sent via email providers such as Resend, including message content and delivery metadata.
  • Technical and security logs from hosting providers such as Vercel (for example, IP address, user agent, request logs, and error diagnostics) used to secure and operate the Service.

How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Process subscriptions and communicate about billing;
  • Respond to support requests;
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms; and
  • Analyze reliability and performance in aggregate where appropriate.

If GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (for example, securing the Service and understanding aggregate reliability), consent where required, and legal obligations. You may object to certain processing where applicable law allows.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share data with service providers that process it on our instructions, including:

  • Clerk (authentication);
  • Convex (application database and realtime infrastructure);
  • Dodo Payments (payments and subscription management);
  • Resend (transactional and support email); and
  • Vercel (hosting and edge delivery).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, including security, audit, and legal compliance. Billing and tax records may be retained longer as required. You may request deletion of certain account-associated data subject to exceptions noted below.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Our subprocessors may process data in various countries. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized by relevant authorities to protect data transferred internationally.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights, email us at support@priyion.site. We may need to verify your request. Some requests may be limited where we must retain data for legal reasons.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for authentication, security, and basic site operation. If we enable optional analytics (for example, Vercel Analytics), we will update this section and, where required, provide additional choices or a separate cookie notice.

Children

Priyion is not directed to children under 16 (or the age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

U.S. state privacy notices

If you are a resident of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding personal information, including opt-out of certain sales or sharing (if applicable). Priyion does not sell personal information for money. Email support@priyion.site to exercise applicable rights. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy where permitted.
